作为世界知名的葡萄酒,阿玛罗尼是维罗纳地区的贵族葡萄酒
阿玛罗尼地区的生产簇群被完全致力地保护不受破坏,浆果丛林较为稀疏是为了让空气在其精妙的生产过程中流通风干并在特殊地方榨取葡萄,而该过程受到连续不断的检测。 在此阶段的葡萄—科维纳,考维诺内,罗蒂内拉,奥塞莱塔这些葡萄品种都在增加糖分以得到充足的芳香 经过榨压发酵过后的葡萄,继续存放在橡木桶里储藏至少三年以上。
阿玛罗尼葡萄酒颜色深红,味道圆滑醇和,充满着成熟的果香,又带有杏仁,核桃,烟草和咖啡的味道。
与野味和烤肉完美搭配,亦适合作为进餐时休息饮用的葡萄酒。
